Cancellation Policy

1. Wellness scope. TIPTOP Massage provides wellness based bodywork. Services are not medical care and do not diagnose, treat, or cure conditions. 2. Intake and consent. Client must complete an intake form and disclose medical conditions, surgeries, medications, pregnancy status, and implanted devices. Client may pause or stop the session at any time. 3. Contraindications. TIPTOP may refuse or modify service if contraindications are present. If you arrive with a condition that makes the service unsafe, the session may be changed to a safer option. 4. Results vary. Outcomes depend on hydration, stress, sleep, activity, and consistency. No guaranteed results, including lymphatic reduction or body contour changes. 5. Soreness is normal. Some services may cause temporary soreness, tenderness, or fatigue. 6. Late policy. Late arrival shortens session time. Full session fee still applies. 7. Cancellation policy. Reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no shows are charged up to the full session rate. 8. Payment. Payment is due at booking or at time of service per your checkout settings. Packages are non refundable and non transferable unless you choose otherwise. 9. Boundaries. Professional therapeutic environment only. Any sexual comments, requests, or behavior ends the session immediately and payment remains due. 10. Minors. Clients under 18 require a guardian consent form and guardian presence unless you set a different policy. 11. Privacy. Client information is confidential. Photos are never taken without written permission. 12. Sanitation. Clean linens and proper sanitation are used for every client. 13. Medical clearance. Client agrees to obtain physician clearance when needed, especially for lymphatic work, recent surgery, blood clots, active cancer treatment, heart conditions, kidney issues, or infection.
