Cancellation Policy

A Legal Disclaimer

At TipTop Therapeutics, your appointment reserves dedicated time and travel for your practitioner. Please give us advance notice when your plans change.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule without a fee by notifying us at least 24 hours before your confirmed appointment.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests received less than 24 hours before your appointment are subject to a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service price. Missed appointments, or appointments we cannot begin because you are unavailable at the confirmed location, are subject to a fee equal to 100% of the scheduled service price.

Any deposit or prepayment will be applied toward the applicable fee. Cancellation fees will not exceed the scheduled service price, and we will not charge both a cancellation fee and the full service price for the same appointment.

How to Notify Us

Email info@tiptoptherapeutics.com or call (844) 482-2112. If we cannot answer, please leave a voicemail. Notice is measured from the time your email or voicemail is received. You may also use a cancellation or rescheduling option in your booking confirmation, if available.

Appointment Readiness

For in-home appointments, please be available at the confirmed address and have a suitable space ready at the scheduled start time. Client delays may shorten the session, with the full scheduled price remaining due. If a delay of more than 15 minutes prevents us from providing the service, the appointment may be treated as missed.

Illness and Emergencies

If you become ill or experience an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We review these situations individually and may waive or reduce the fee. Please avoid receiving an in-person service while you have a potentially contagious illness.

Changes initiated by TipTop Therapeutics

If we need to cancel your appointment, you may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund of payments made for that appointment. No cancellation fee will apply.

Booking Requests

An appointment is confirmed only when TipTop Therapeutics accepts your booking request and sends confirmation. This cancellation policy applies to confirmed appointments.
